SHIPPING & RETURNS
When you place an order, please allow 2 -3 business day for your order to be processed. We will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.Please allow extra shipping time for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands and any territory outside the U.S. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to International destinations.
Note: For shipments to APO/FPO addresses, allow a minimum of 4 weeks for shipping.
For international orders please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. Our international shipping cost does not include duties and taxes. Please be advised that you will be responsible for any duties and taxes that may be additionally required by the country you request shipment to. International orders will take anywhere between 3 weeks to 1 month to arrive after order has been shipped, this is our default ship speed to minimize shipping cost for our international customers.

The availability of each item we sell on CommonwealthToy.NYC is shown on the product description page. Most in stock items ship within one business day (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Some of our items are offered as PRESALE and will ship to you when they become available as indicated on the site. The availability of any item/s we sell is subject to change.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a replacement or a refund. Items that are not permitted to be replaced or returned are described below under “Ineligible Returns/Replacements.” If you need to return an item which was purchased through the CommonwealthToy.NYC site, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail with a Return Authorization Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) . Please note that we cannot accept any returns without a RMA. Please note that returned items that are received without a Return Merchandise Authorization Number may be subject to additional processing time in refunding your account. A restocking fee of $10.00 USD will be subtracted from the value of the return.
We cannot accept for return or replacement any item/s that has been opened, unless it arrived damaged. We cannot accept for return any item/s that exceeds the 30 days from delivery threshold. If an item was sold as a set, individual elements of that set cannot be returned for a refund. (Please return the entire set if you are requesting an eligible refund or replacement.)

Packing and Sending your Return
You must include a printed copy of the RMA & original invoice.
Pack the items securely in a box. This can be either the box in which the items arrived, or one of your own. Please ensure all old shipping labels and barcodes have been removed.
Affix the return label securely to the outside of the box.
Send your Return to us using a convenient insured or trackable shipping that is convenient for you.

Requesting a Refund Eligible refunds will be issued to the original method of payment and will include the cost of the item plus applicable sales tax, minus any applicable restocking fees. Cost of shipping will NOT be refunded on returned items. Please allow 14 days to process your return. You will receive notification via e-mail confirming that your return has been received and processed. You can also log into your account to confirm whether your return has been received and processed. Please allow up to two billing cycles for any eligible refund to appear on your credit card statement.
